2. What Vault Prep is. The Service is a study-habit tool: it limits access to apps a parent selects until a daily practice goal is completed. A purchase is a one-time, non-transferable license for personal, family use on the devices of students in your household. The Service is not tutoring, test-preparation instruction, educational advice, or counseling of any kind.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS. VAULT PREP MAKES NO GUARANTEE, WARRANTY, PROMISE, OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND REGARDING EXAM SCORES, SCORE IMPROVEMENT, TEST OUTCOMES, ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE, SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS, OR COLLEGE ADMISSION RESULTS. Test performance depends on many factors outside any software's control. Practice statistics, streaks, and score estimates displayed in the Service are informational only and are not predictions of actual exam results. You agree that no purchase decision has been made in reliance on any expectation of a particular score or outcome.
4. Parental authority and supervision. The Service must be configured by a parent or legal guardian, and by installing it on a student's device you represent that you have full legal authority to do so. The parent, not Vault Prep, decides which apps are limited and when. The Service never blocks phone calls, text messages, or emergency functions. You acknowledge that device-level blocking depends on the operating system's screen-time technology, and that a determined user may find ways to circumvent it; Vault Prep does not warrant that blocking is impossible to bypass.
5. Refunds. Purchases made on this site include a 14-day money-back guarantee — contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's terms and refund process, over which we have no control.

10. Dispute resolution; class-action waiver. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. YOU AND VAULT PREP EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing support within 30 days of purchase.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which the operator of Vault Prep is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. General. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in full effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede any prior statements. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Trademarks. SAT® and PSAT® are trademarks registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this product or website.
1. What we collect. When you buy on this site, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your email address and payment details — we never see or store your card number. The app stores practice activity (minutes practiced, questions answered, accuracy, streaks) and the parent's configuration choices, solely to operate the product and the parent's reports.
2. Children's privacy. The Service is purchased, installed, and consented to by a parent or legal guardian; we rely on that verifiable parental consent for any data relating to a student under 18. We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the Service, we do not sell or rent personal information, we do not use student data for marketing, and we do not serve third-party advertising to students. A parent may review or delete their family's data at any time by contacting support.
3. What we do NOT collect. Blocking is enforced on the device by the operating system's screen-time controls. Vault Prep does not read, monitor, or store the content of blocked apps, messages, photos, browsing history, or location.
4. Third-party services. Payment processing is provided by Stripe (and, for App Store purchases, Apple), each under its own privacy policy. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Service, and with authorities only where the law requires it.
5. Security and retention. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data, and retain it only as long as needed to provide the Service or as the law requires. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
